Forget Me Not - Keep In Touch
Forget Me Not allows you to create Friends, and then give them a "Due Date". A Due Date is the longest amount of time that you could go without seeing them.
Every time you see a friend, write down in the app that you Met them. The app will then show you any friends who you havent seen in longer than their due date.
